Good-quality hotel but a bit on the expensive side. Conveniently located not far from the Central train station and a short ride to the airport. High-speed internet (wi-fi) was quite good. Front-desk staff was helpfull and efficient.
Breakfast for 13.5 Euros? Even in the South of France it's 10! The area around the hotel isn't touristy at all--but if you're not looking to jumping into old town from your window, this will work just as well. The selection of TV channels was a bit odd--it's a French hotel, but having France 24 as the only English-language news channel is a limitation rather than an offer. The TV interface was the most annoying thing of all. I mean, you wouldn't even notice it normally, but here switching between channels was a time-consuming eye-irritating procedure.

Everything was perfect, great location & services, nice breakfast. The room was clean & spacious. All in all, we enjoyed staying there for sure. Hopefully we'll stay at this hotel next time as well.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. Always happy to assist & all the tips they have worked out great for us. We turned up extra early for check in after a terrible train trip & they had no problem checking us in. Wi-fi through whole hotel was extremely convenient & free. Rooms were comfortable, big & clean. Spa, sauna & gym were a perfect way to wind down. Convenient location to main centre of town & railway station. A beautiful 20 min walk to the old town. Was the best hotel we stayed in during our travel through Poland!

Cleanliness and courtesy of staff, availability of tea/coffee and water in room and and good location.
Some equipment in the room need attention. The temperature controller was not working and I reported it the first day, but remained so for all my stay. As the temperature was ok it was not that critical. There were some works ongoing nearby at night (3am) as I overheard a jigger functioning at that time. probably there was some maintenance ongoing just at the Hotel entrance.

great staff willing to help standard room was everything you expect from a large chain
a twin room set up does not mean putting seperate sheets on the bed and leaving it in double bed configuration. thus room rearrangements had to be made before it was even close to comfortable to get personal space
